RETURNS

In the following situations after obtaining any product ordered from our website, please let us know within 48 hours of receiving the merchandise.

• If the product doesn't appeal to you

• If you want to swap it out for another item

• if the clothing doesn't suit you well

The consumer can choose to either obtain a refund to their bank account or have the appropriate product(s) shipped out at no additional cost when the item(s) have been returned and examined.

Unless otherwise stated, you can return the majority of the things you buy from classythreads within the indicated time limit.

If the product is harmed while in transportation, this Agreement is null and void.

REFUNDS

If you decide to return the item and do not want an alternative product in exchange, we will fully reimburse your purchase price. Please allow us a week to process the refund after we get the returned product.

The goods must be brand-new, complete with all of its tags and labels, in order to qualify for any of the alternatives listed above. Upon returning, we would conduct a Quality Check to confirm the same.

We do not accept altered clothing for returns or exchanges.

We'll offer a refund if the product has a manufacturing flaw. After carefully inspecting the returned item and verifying the manufacturing defect, we will complete the refund. 

The order will be canceled and the money will be returned to the original payment method if payment was made in advance.

Within 5-7 days of receipt, the customer will receive their refund/reimbursement.
